Never Miss An Important Phone Call Again!

Call Waiting permits callers to get through to you even when you are on the phone with another call. You will hear a beep indicating an incoming call. You will then be able to put your current caller on hold and answer the new call. You can continue to alternate between parties as often as you'd like. It's like having two lines while paying for only one. You can turn it on or off for all calls and then selectively turn it back on or off using the *70 feature access code directly from your phone before dialing. You'll never miss a phone call again.

How Does it Work?
While you're on the phone, a beep tone alerts you to another incoming call. If available, the new phone number also displays on your Caller ID device. If you want to take the call, press the flash button or switch hook on your phone to enable Call Waiting. Calls that you don't answer go to voicemail instantly.

Disable Call Waiting Two Easy Ways
If you want to keep Call Waiting active but want to turn it off for a single call, just press *70 before you dial the number. Call Waiting will be temporarily disabled until you complete the phone call.
